James Daniel Akridge

Services for James Daniel Akridge, 82, of Coolidge will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday June 24, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’ s Witnesses on old Albany Rd. Mr. Akridge passed away on June 22, 2017 at his residence. Born on May 23, 1935 in Columbus, Ga. he was the son of the late General Zory Akridge and Edna Gray Akridge. He was a retired bus driver from Trailways Bus Lines. Mr. Akridge was married to Shirley Hensley Akridge who survives. Other survivors include his daughters Fronia Holloway and her husband Glenn of Ochlocknee and Jennifer Winchester of Thomasville; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
