James Andrew Cofer

Graveside services for James Andrew Cofer, 79, of Thomasville will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Father David Koetter will officiate. Mr. Cofer passed away on November 23, 2015 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born December 6, 1935 in Fayetteville, Tennessee he was the son of the late Alfred Paul Cofer and Mary Laney Cofer. He was married to Margaret Yates Cofer, who survives. Mr. Cofer worked at Liberty Homes and Thomasville Homes, where he was president and he was also past president of Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce. Other survivors include son, Drew Cofer of New York, New York and daughter, Jennifer Cofer of Jacksonville, Florida. Memorials may be sent to St. Augustine Catholic Church Building Fund, 211 N.
