James Tyler French

Graveside service for James Tyler French "Tyler" will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Greenwood Cemetery located on Hwy 84 in Cairo with Pastor Sean Jacobs officiating. Tyler French, age 53, of Thomasville passed away on July 24, 2023, at Camellia Gardens. He was born on May 31, 1970. Tyler was preceded in death by his parents JW French and Phyllis and Marcus Pearce. Tyler earned his bachelor's degree and went on to work as a respiratory therapist with Charlie Norwood VA medical Center in Augusta, Ga. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church of Thomasville and enjoyed Tri-Club in Augusta. Survivors include his siblings Mark Pearce (Wendy), Sandra Roberts (Matt), and Jennifer Stewart (Marty); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Eastside Baptist Church of Thomasville (220 Colton Ave, Thomasville, GA 31792) or El Bethel Baptist Church (PO Box 367, Whigham, GA 39897).
