James G. Lenahan, age 71, passed away September 6, 2018 at Archbold Hospital in Thomasville, GA. Jim enjoyed 31 years of marriage with Kathy. Born in Philadelphia, PA on June 18, 1947, he was the son of the late Doris E. (Macht) Lenahan and James J. Lenahan. Jim retired from the Florida Highway Patrol after 25 years of distinguished service in Miami and Tallahassee. Jim will long be remembered as a loving husband, steadfast friend, proud dog owner, and gentleman pecan farmer. Jim is survived by his wife, Kathy S. (Brill) Lenahan; in-laws, Dr. Earl and Mrs. Shirley Brill; brother Charles J. Lenahan; sister Mariann (Allen) Houpt; nephews, niece, cousins, and incredible circle of friends.
