James Edward Seawright

Funeral services for James Edward Seawright, 81, of Coolidge, GA will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018, 11:00 AM at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Greer officiating. Mr. Seawright passed away November 6, 2018 at Glenn-Mor Nursing Home. He was born on May 23, 1937 in Coolidge, GA, to the late Clyde Vernon Seawright and Gladys Faulkner Seawright. He was a retired truck driver for Quincy Joist. Mr. Seawright is survived by his former wife, Betty Sowell Seawright; his children: Danny (Jacqueline) Seawright of Coco Beach, FL; Jamie Seawright of Dawsonville, GA; Renee (Earnie) Simmons of Funston, GA; Edward Lamar Seawright of Eastmon, GA; Douglas (Angie) Hurst of Moultrie, GA. His surviving brothers and sisters are: Annie Ruth Bryant Peacock of Pelham, GA; Dorothy Lewis of Coolidge, GA; Eldon Seawright of Ochlocknee, GA; Grady Seawright of Douglas, GA; nine grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Seawright was preceded in death by: Lona English Lucas; brothers, Sonny Seawright, J.L. Seawright, Clyde Seawright, Jr.; and sisters, Jeanette Bozeman, Henrietta Anderton, Louise Fallin, Hazelene Jones, Evelyn Hand. Visitation will be Allen & Allen Funeral Home on Saturday, November 10, 2018, 10:00am to 11:00am before the service.
