James T. Davis

Funeral services for James T. J.T. Davis, 55, of Thomasville will be Tuesday, September 10 at 4:00 PM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Rev. Mitch Clements will officiate with interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Davis died on Saturday, September 7 in Thomasville. The son of Eshcoel Thomas and Annie Mae Wallace Davis, Mr. Davis was born on May 22, 1947 in Chamblee, Ga. On July 12, 1979, he was married to Teresa Dodgen Davis, who survives. He served in the United States Army and was employed by the United States Postal Service in Tallahassee. Other survivors include his daughter Melissa Davis of Thomasville; a son and daugher-in-law, Jason and Jackie Bishop of Thomasville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and James Adams of Douglasville, Ga and Dee and Jimmy Bradford of College Park, Ga; several neices and nephews.
