James Warren Coleman

James Warren Coleman went to be with his heavenly father today, April 25, 2013, after fighting a brave battle. Services will be at Glad Tidings Church, where he was a member at 3:00PM, Sunday, April 28, 2013. The graveside services will be private, Rev. Brent Welch and Rev. Herb Phinazee officiating. Pallbearers will be Odel Griner, Lew Garfield, Wayne Smith, Robert Cornelius, Craig Smith, Tommy Glass, Russell Goodpasture, Tommy Gaston, Jack Sangster and Sonny Thompson. Mr. Coleman was born in Douglas, Ga to the late Beulah Cribb. He was preceded in death by his brother Leon Carter. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Elizabeth Wilson Coleman and sons Todd Coleman, Tim Coleman, and wife Dawna, and four grandchildren, all of Houston, TX, a very special aunt and uncle, Johnny and Yvonne Johns and their children, Linda, Joyce, Benny all of Macon, GA. He worked from 1965 – 2012 for Davco-Siemens as a field engineer. He was one of the most hardworking, honest, kind and friendly people you will ever know. He loved people and anyone who ever met him would say he was a great and good man. He will be greatly missed.
