Graveside services for Jane W. Clanton of Thomasville are at 10:00AM on Friday, June 16, 2006 at Laurel Hill Cemetery on 11th Street. The Rev. Dr. Milton Gardner and the Rev. Dan Spencer will officiate. Mrs. Clanton died June 13 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born March 14, 1925 in Thomasville she was the daughter of the late Fred and Edna White Willis. On December 29, 1944 in Thomasville she married Dr. J. Roland Clanton who preceded her in death. She was a member of First Baptist Church, a volunteer at Archbold Memorial Hospital and a homemaker. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Jimmy and Sue Clanton of Thomasville, daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Pat Wilford of Albany; grandchildren, Cindi and Bob Ackerman, Carri and Richard Smith, Keith and Diane Hancock, Kimberlee and Jim Ackerman, Stephanie and Dave Davis, Patrick Wilford and 10 Great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jake Clanton and a sister, Virginia Musselwhite. Memorials may be made to The Gideon Memorial Bible Ministry, Gideons International, P.O.
