Janet Hopper Zeigler

Funeral services for Janet Hopper Zeigler, 43, of Bethlehem, Georgia, will be 1:00PM, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Kevin Hopper will officiate and interment will be at Boston City Cemetery. Mrs. Zeigler passed away on September 18, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta. Born February 11, 1974 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of Tyrone and Linda Hopper of Boston, Georgia. On March 25, 1994 in Boston, Georgia, she married Mark Zeigler, who survives. She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Mrs. Zeigler worked with the Gwinnett County Schools as a Director in Human Resources. She attended Hebron Baptist Church. Mrs. Zeigler enjoyed making jewelry for her family, friends and Relay for Life. She was very active at Relay for Life of Gwinnett County. Other survivors include, son, Tyler Zeigler of Bethlehem, Georgia; brother, Kevin Hopper and wife Rebecca of Moultrie; sister-in-law Susan Addison and husband Derrick of Toccoa, Georgia; grandmother, Martha Shelley of Pavo; mother-in-law, Joanne Zeigler of Thomasville, two nieces, two nephews and special friends Sharon Cassidy and co-workers from Gwinnett County Schools. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home chapel.
