Janette Couch Allen

Memorial service for Janette Couch Allen, 67 of Thomasville will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, March 10 at Dawson Street Baptist Church. Rev. Lee Waller will officiate. Mrs. Allen passed away March 3, 2014 at The Suites of Woodleaf. Born June 30, 1946 in Albany, she was the daughter of Hardy Couch, Sr, who survives and the late Hazel Leslie Couch. She was married to Russell Allen who also survives. Janette worked at Rayann’s Christian Bookstore and was a member of Dawson Street Baptist Church. Other survivors include her daughter, Lesley Kessinger and husband Chris of Burke, VA; grandchildren, Andrew Adair Kessinger and Ian Michael Kessinger; step mother, Wanda Couch of Thomasville; sisters, Betty Wiltshire of Greenwood, MS, Elaine Jones and husband Roger of Thomasville, Sandra Slack, Ruth Mills and brother, Richard Couch all of Leesburg.
