Services for Jasmine Jenise Lee, 21 of Cairo will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 3 at the Family Worship Center in Cairo. Rev. Johnny Moore will officiate and interment will follow at Cairo City Cemetery. Ms. Lee passed away January 27, 2018 at her residence. Born February 7, 1996 in Cairo, she was the daughter of the late Robert Johnson and Linda Mitchell Johnson, who survives. She was a 2014 graduate of Cairo High School and was part of the ROTC program. She worked at Firehouse Subs and was a hard worker. She loved listening to music, going out with friends, living life to the fullest and never met a stranger. She is survived by her mother, Linda Johnson of Cairo; son, DaVon Lee of Cairo; sisters & brothers, Jessica Battle of Cairo, Sierra Lee of Lancaster, California, Michael Lee of Cairo, Nkengen Johnson of Tallahassee, Robert Johnson of Tallahassee, and Lewis Johnson of Atlanta; maternal grandmother, Louise Mitchell of Cairo and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, James Mitchell and Paternal grandparents, Robert N. Johnson, Sr and Mary Francis Johnson. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to her gofundme account to cover funeral expenses.
