Memorial services for Jennifer Ann Hegwood Wurst-Mims, 38 of Thomasville will be held at 11:30 AM, Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Fredonia Baptist Church, 1855 Fredonia Church Rd Thomasville Ga 31757. Rev. Chuck Sayer will officiate. Ms. Mims passed away July 31 at Archbold Hospital. She was born January 8, 1976 in Thomasville. Jennifer attended Lakeside Assembly of God & Sunset Baptist Church, both in Moultrie and several other churches in the area. She was a loving person who enjoyed being with her family and taking care of the elderly. She volunteered at Albany Motor Speedway as a Clown. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach, camping, music and drawing. She is survived by her parents, Louise (Lisa) Smith of Thomasville, Benjamin Franklin Hegwood, Jr and wife Monteia of Hartsfield and David Murphy Baker, Sr and wife Angie of Galt, CA; sons, Andrew Wurst, Jr of Ft. Wayne, IN, Alex Wurst of Meigs and Hunter Mims of Moultrie; sisters & brothers, Jessica Wright of Meigs, David Murphy Baker, Jr of Knoxville, TN, Amber Rains of Knoxville, TN, Savannah Hegwood of Hartsville and Benjamin Hegwood of Hartsfield; grandparents, Bob DeVane and wife Bobbie and June Hegwood; parents-in-law, Andrew A. & Doris Wurst and Tommy & Catherine Watson; former husbands, Andrew Wurst, Sr and Chad Mims and many other aunts, uncles & close family friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hope Murphy Baker, C.C.
