Graveside services for Jerry Lee Edwards, 53, of Metcalf will be held at 2PM on Sunday May 26, 2013 at Mizpah Cemetery in Grady County. Rev. Charles Neely will officiate. Mr. Edwards passed away at his residence on May 22, 2013. Born August 19, 1959 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, he was the son of the late John Edwards, Jr. and Dollie Lillian Godwin Edwards. Mr. Edwards loved to fish, hunt and woodworking. He was married to Teresa Ann Hartley Edwards, who survives. Other survivors include son and daughter-in-law Benjamin Lee Edwards and wife Brooke of Metcalf; sons Roger Dewayne Edwards and Eric Ray Edwards both of Metcalf; grandson Mason John Edwards; sister Debbie June Croker and husband David of Whigham; brother Randall Dean Edwards and wife Pauline of Valparaiso, Fl. He was preceded in death by brother Michael Wade Edwards. The family will receive friends on Saturday May 25, 2013 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
