Graveside services for Jessie Hall Benton, 89, of Coolidge, are 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 19, 2007 at Big Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Mitch Clements officiating. Mrs. Benton died August 16, 2007 at Archbold Hospital. Born February 2, 1918 in Colquitt Co., she was the daughter of the late John S. & Hattie O?Neal Hall. On June 3, 1937 in Moultrie she married Rufus Felton Benton, who precedes her in death. Survivors include daughters & sons-in-law, Karolyn & Jerry Murphy, of Thomasville, Linda & Rodney Willis, of Boston, son & daughter-in-law, John & Beth Benton, of Moultrie, daughter, Karla Barnes, of Thomasville, daughter & son-in-law, Joyce & Dan Blackwell of Thomasville, 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.
