Services for Jessie O. Coffee of Pavo, Ga are at 11:00AM, Saturday, December 16, 2006 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Marshall Dixon and he Rev. Charles Lodge will officiate and interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Coffee died December 12, 2006 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born July 16, 1923 in Thomas Co., he was the son of the late Elmer & Mable Bailey Coffee. On May 2, 1946 in Thomasville he married Pauline Tryan Coffee, who precedes him in death. Mr. Coffee was a member of Salem Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and was the superintendent of Okapilco Plantation for over 40 years. Survivors include daughter & son-in-law, Sandra & Von Tomlinson and grandson, Paul Tomlinson all of Sumter, SC. Memorials may be made to Salem Baptist Church, 10709 Salem Rd. Pavo, Ga. 31778 or to Gideons International, P.O. Box 2361, Thomasville, Ga. 31779. The family will receive friends from 7:00PM to 8:30PM on Friday at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
