Joann Sistrunk

Funeral services for Joann Baldwin Sistrunk will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Folds officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11am prior to the service at the church. Final resting place will be at Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church Cemetery. Joann Baldwin Sistrunk, age 82, of Ochlocknee passed away on January 22, 2022, at her home. She was born on July 29, 1939, a daughter to the late Ellis and Essie (Carter) Baldwin. Joann served in the U.S. Army National Guard as a Staff Sergeant stationed in Florida for 14 years. She was a member of Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church and the American Legion Post 265. Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years Henry Sistrunk; daughter Tammie (Jerry) Robinson of Merritt Island, Florida; and grandchildren Jerami Robinson, Joseph Robinson, Josh Robinson, Mikey Powell, Dane Powell, and Tara Zinck. Joann was preceded in death by her parents, son John Baldwin, daughter Rebecca Powell, and brother Charles Baldwin.
