Services for Joel Leighton Collins, 40 of Thomasville will be held at 4 PM, Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Charlie Buckhaulter and Reverend Gary Holland will officiate. Pallbearers will be Trevor Smith, Cleveland Watson, Mark Munden, Beau Elkins, Dustin Segura and Chris Moore. Mr. Collins passed away May 28 at his residence. Born September 19, 1976 in Thomasville, he was the son of the late Charles Olin Collins and Pamela Lois Bryan Collins. He is married to Ann Watson Collins, who survives. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and worked as a plumber with Mike Brumbley Plumbing. Joel loved life, his family, fishing and motorcycles. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. Other survivors include his daughter, Leighton Brooke Collins of Pelham; step-children, Keisley Munden of Pelham, Dustin Segura and Kemule Segura, both of Thomasville; sisters, Bree Collins Hinson and husband Brad and Krista Rogers Gill, all of Thomasville. The family will receive friends 6-8pm, Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the funeral home.
