Joey Dewayne Lanfair

Graveside services for Joey DeWayne Lanfair, 54 of Thomasville will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, March 19, 2021 at Meigs Sunset Cemetery. C.J. McCann and Pastor Franklin Russ will officiate. Mr. Lanfair passed away March 15, 2021 at his residence. Born June 18, 1966 in Thomasville, he was the son of Billy Lanfair and Elaine Collins Lanfair, who survive. He was the assistant manager at First Choice Finance. He enjoyed playing the drums and played with several different bands in the area. He loved football, fishing and being with friends. Other survivors include nieces and nephew, Amanda Hobbs (Timothy) of Thomasville, Allison Barwick (Corey) of Meigs and C.J. McCann (Kara) of Thomasville; 4 great-nieces and nephews and brother-in-law, Cecil McCann. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sonni McCann.
