John D. Graham, 91, of Thomasville died December 11, 2007 at his residence. Born November 20, 1916 in Bowling Green, Ky, he was the son of the late John B & Hettie Dorsey Graham. On August 12, 1945 in Rome, Italy he married Laurianne Beaudette Graham, who precedes him in death. Mr. Graham was a retired Lt. Colonel from the 338th Engineering division of the United States Army and retired from the IRS. He was of the Roman Catholic faith and was a volunteer at Archbold Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America, Tallahassee Region AACA, Pecan Region AACA, Military Officers Association of America, NRA, Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonel, Georgia Sheriffs Association, Thomas County Humane Society and Thomas County Historical Society. Survivors include daughter Dinah Walker and son-in-law, Wilbur of Thomasville, granddaughter, Krystal Courtney. A sister, Ruth G. Field, preceded him in death. The family will receive friends from 7 ? 9 p.m. Thursday at Allen & Allen Funeral Home. A graveside service at Arlington National Cemetery will be at a later date.
