John Gordon Curry

John Gordon Curry of Thomasville, died Saturday March 15, 2003 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday March 19, 2003 at 1:00 PM at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Mr. Curry was born on August 3, 1929 in Atlanta, Ga. to Clifton and Louise Curry both who preceded him in death. He also was a member of the Navy Reserves. Mr. Curry was married was married to Linda Cagle Curry of Thomasville who survives. Other survivors include his son Kenneth Curry of Thomasville, daugter Teronda Curry of Tallahassee, Fl., step-son Michael Cagel of Huntington, Wv., step-daughter Karen Davis of Thomasville, grandchidren Amber Curry and Frank Mitchell, Jr., sister Clair Graham of Norcross, Ga., brother Charles Curry of Norcross, Ga., and sister-in-law Anaway Smith of Hurrican, WV., daughter-in-law Diane Curry of Thomasville. He was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Cynthia Graham. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southwest Georgia at 818 Gordon Ave. Thomasville, Ga. 31792.
