Services for Joyce Wilder Bruce of Thomasville are at 2:00PM on Thursday, April 29, 2004 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she was a member. President Daniel Watson and Bishop Charles King will officiate. Mrs. Bruce died April 26, 2004 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born April 1, 1929 in Boston, Mass., she was the daughter of Alfred Poole who preceded her in death. On October 14, 1961 in Elizabeth City, N.C. she married David Dean Bruce who survives. Mrs. Bruce was a homemaker and member of Big Bend Bird Club in Tallahassee, Fl. Other survivors include her daughter, Colleen Herr, Washington State, son, Robert Sullivan of Ontario, Canada, daughter, Joyce April Chase of Elliot, Maine, son, Dales Sullivan of Nashville, TN, daughters, Sandra Hamby of Smyrna, GA, Valori Duff of Manchester, N.H., Heather Humbert of Clinton Corners, NY, son, Nathaniel Bruce of Thomasville, sister, Frances Moriearthy of Randolph, Mass., twenty one grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
