A memorial service for Julie Anne Forest Hall, 49, of Moultrie will be held 2 pm, Friday, June 24, 2011 at Heritage Church. Rev. John Eubanks will officiate. Mrs. Hall passedaway June 19, 2011 at Archbold Hospital. Born October 7, 1961 in Burlington WI, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Jack D. Forest and Annette Haynes Kelly. She was the wife of Mark Hall, and the mother of Shane Strien, Dustianne Hall, Aimee Hall and Jessica Blackburn and Jessica's husband, Richard Blackburn. She was the grandmother of Sydney Blackburn, AubreyBlackburn. Julie was an active member of both Friendship Alliance and Heritage Churches. She is also survived by sisters and brothers, Eleanor Crotser, AimeeVipond, Dr. Jack L. Forest and, David R. Forest; nephews and nieces, Nicholas Zarkadis, Alexander Forest , Nicholas Forest, Holly Kaelin, Michele Zarkadis, Heather Vipond, AlyssaForest, Halina Forest, Kyra Forest, Sophia Forest andNatasha Forest.
