Julius David Freeman

Graveside services for Julius David Freeman, of Cairo, are at 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 15, 2010 in Crestview Cemetery. Pastor Brian Farmer will officiate. Mr. Freeman passed away Oct. 12 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born, July 6, 1946 in Gadsden, Ala., he was the son of the late Jessie Lee and Bessie Thompson Freeman. On Jan. 19, 1990, he married Diane Satterfield Freeman, who survives. Other survivors include children, David and Kimberley Freeman of Guntersville, Ala., Eric and Deanna Freeman of Arcadia, Fla., David Smith of Cairo, Pamela and Eric Rathel of Cairo and Angel Smith of Cairo; eight grandchildren; sister, Frances Christian of Arcadia, Fla.; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home before the service. Visitors may sign the online guest register at www.allenfh.com .
