Katherine S. Baggett

Funeral services for Katherine S. Law Baggett, 78 of Coolidge will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the Allen & Allen Celebration of Life Chapel. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery on Louisiana Street. Pallbearers will be Gator Busby, Joseph Busby, Michael Busby, Brandon Busby, Tim Law and Michael Leu. Honorary pallbearers are Thomas Law and Lee Ballange. Mrs. Baggett passed away October 3, 2023 at Archbold Hospital. Born December 5, 1944 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Russell Law and Katherine Reichert Law. She was preceded in death by her husband William Preston Baggett. She loved working in her yard and spending time with her family. She is survived by her sons, Edward Busby and wife Teresa of Coolidge and Mark Busby and wife Tracy of Tallahassee; grandchildren, Chelsea Lynn Brooks; Gator Busby, Joseph Busby, Victoria Sharon Busby, John Michael Busby, Brandon Philip Busby and Veronica Brook Busby; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Lewis and husband James of California and Sandra Casey of Moultrie. She was also preceded in death by son, Billy Ray Busby. The family will receive friends, 5-7pm, Friday, October 6th at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
