Services for Katholine Hayes of Thomasville are at 11:00AM on Monday, December 19, 2005 at First Assembly of God where she was a member. The Rev. David Lamb, the Rev. Carol Martinez and Rev. Bruce Willingham will officiate and interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hayes died December 17, 2005 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born August 4, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Charlie Elijah and Mary Elizabeth Wade. In 1947 in Berrian Co., GA she married L. C. Hayes who preceded her in death. Mrs. Hayes was a retired spinner from Coats and Clarks. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Charles Hayes and Jean of Monticello, FL, son, Richard Buddy Hayes, daughter and son-in-law, Joyce Hayes Oliver and Herman of Thomasville; grandsons, Chuck Hayes and wife, Barbara, Dewayne Hayes and wife, Susan, granddaughters, Mandy Filyaw and husband, Mike, Melissa Lamb and husband, Kevin, Robin Kinard and husband, Tracey, Wendy Gordon and husband, Josh, grandson, Paul Oliver and twelve great grandchildren. Brothers, W. D. Wade and Phillip Wade and sister, Evelyn Hampton, preceded her in death. The family will receive friends from 4-6PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
