Kusumben Suryakant Patel passed away peacefully at the age of 96 in Tallahassee, Florida, surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren.

Kusumben lived a long and beautiful life rooted deeply in family, faith, and service to others. A devoted Hindu and lifelong devotee of Lord Krishna, her faith was a constant source of strength and peace throughout her life. She carried that devotion with her each day, expressing it through humility, generosity, love, and seva.

Above all, Kusumben’s greatest joy was her family. She was the loving mother of five daughters, a cherished grandmother to 16 grandchildren, and was blessed to see her family continue to grow through her many great-grandchildren. Her nurturing spirit, strength, and devotion became part of the foundation upon which generations of her family were raised.

After 96 remarkable years, Kusumben leaves behind a legacy that extends far beyond her lifetime. Her faith will live on in the traditions she passed down, her love in the family she cherished, and her memory in the countless meals, prayers, stories, and moments shared together.

She now reunites with her beloved husband, Suryakant Patel, and returns to Lord Krishna.

May her soul attain eternal peace and moksha.
