Larry Oren Williams

Larry O Williams of Parkland Florida went to be with the Lord September 6, 2020. Larry was born in Miami Florida on December 9, 1944 the son of John Lucas and Allene White Williams. He is survived by his wife Sharon Kay and his son and daughter-in-law, Troy Michael and Barbara Ann Williams. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tracy Michelle and two brothers, Ralph L and John Ronald Williams. Larry was an army veteran and assisted in establishing Youth for Christ in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine, as a Radiological and Nuclear Medicine Technician, continuing his education for a degree in Health Care Administration from Florida International University. His health care career began at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and continued with North Shore Medical Center, Plantation and Westside Hospital. After retiring from health care administration, Larry built and operated a Tilapia Fish Farm in LaDeca Acres Florida, raising and live hauling large quantities of tilapia to Texas, Arkansas, and Canada. Larry had many friends for a lifetime and was a very special person to the family, bringing laughter and joy to all. He will be greatly missed.
