Services for Laverne Bond Parramore of Thomasville are at 11:00AM on Saturday, July 31, 2004 at First Baptist Church where she was a member. The Rev. Dr. Dan Spencer and the Rev. Dr. Milton Gardner will officiate and interment is in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brent Taylor, Jason Parramore, Reese Taylor, Maurice Parramore, Eston Green and Gordy Palmer. Honorary pallbearers are Everett Green, Charlie Johnson, Dayne Parramore, Dale Parramore, Robert Parramore, Chris Parramore, Jared Carter, Danny Powers, Wade Burnett and Joseph Cone. Mrs. Parramore died July 27, 2004 in Coolidge, GA. Born September 22, 1932 in Thomasville she was the daughter of the late J. B. and Nina Mae Palmer Bond. She was a retired bookkeeper from Ginger?s Custom Floors and a member of the Eastern Star Thomasville Chapter #46 O.E.S. and First Baptist Church Choir and Young at Heart Choir. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Gary Scott of Moultrie, GA, son and daughter-in-law, Neel and Krista Parramore of Coolidge, grandchildren, Brent and Hope Taylor, Jason Parramore, Reese Taylor, Maurice Parramore, Angie Parramore, Shanna and Michael Scott and sister and brother-in-law, Mildred and Tommy Green. A brother, C. L. Bond, preceded her in death. Memorials may be made to National Prion Disease Pathology Surveillance Center, 2085 Adelbert Rd., Cleveland, Ohio 44106-4907.
