Services for Lawrence O. Graham of Thomasville are at 11:00AM on Thursday, May 29, 2003 at Morningside Methodist Church where he was a member. Rev. John Stephens and Rev. Jimmy Keyton will officiate and interment is in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Graham died May 26, 2003 at Camellia Gardens. Born August 28, 1929 in Madison Co., GA., he was the son of Thomas Loney and Mercilla Turner Graham. He was married to Hattie Walker Graham who survives. He was a truck driver for Florida Rock and the City of Thomasville. He was a member of the Morningside Methodist Men's group and was a member of the church choir. Other survivors include sons, Thomas Graham and Randall Graham; grandchildren, Ryan Graham and Drew Graham and their mother, Judi Graham all of Thomasville; brothers and sister-in-law, J. B. and Elizabeth Graham of Merriville, Hoyt Graham of Hosford, Fl. and Ellis Graham of Thomasville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Vinnie Graham of Lawrenceville, GA., Anna and Ferris Knight, Thelma and Bud Gay, Dora and Henry Rollins, Myrtle Dugger and Hester Quick all of Thomasville; mother-in-law, Gladys Walker of Thomasville, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ottis and Hilda Walker of El Paso, TX., Tillie and Frank Tapley, Ethel and Lamar Thompson all of Thomasville and Ruth Vinson of Jefferson, GA. He was preceded in death by brothers, Elco Graham and O. B. Graham and sister, Verla Bennett. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9PM on Wednesday.
