Mac McEachin passed away on March 2, 2007 after suffering a lengthy illness. Mac was a witty, kind, and giving spirit who enjoyed various sports, fast cars, good music, roaring fires, fine cigars, and beautiful sunsets. After graduation from Florida A&M University, in his career, he was a talented physical therapist that often changed the lives of those he helped.
Mac leaves behind Emily Marie, daughter; Kathryn ?Kitty? Hogan McEachin, mother; Michelle and Mark Taylor, sister and brother-in-law; and Jewell McEachin and Lois Hogan, grandmothers. He was lovingly greeted in heaven by his father Emmett McEachin, grandfathers, L.E. McEachin, Jr. and Ralph Hogan, Sr. and aunt, Lin James.
Mac was adored by his nephews Zachary and Nicholas Taylor. He will also be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
A sunset memorial service will be held at Allen and Allen chapel on Saturday, March 10th, at 6:00 P.M. Friends are encouraged to share fond memories on the electronic registry at www.allenfh.com . In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
