Services for Lenora G. Hurst of Ochlocknee are at 2:00PM, Sunday, November 10, 2002 at Ochlocknee Baptist Church. Rev. Dennis Norman & Rev. Bill Neely will officiate with interment in Ochlocknee City Cemetetery. Mrs. Hurst died November 7, 2002 at her residence. Born November 10, 1914 in Grady Co., GA., she was the daughter of the late Ira William & Julia Griffin Gainous. She was married to the late Albert L. Hurst. She was a grocery checker at A & P Colonial Big Star for 36 years. She attended Ochlocknee Baptist Church and was a member of William T. Flynt 303 Order of Eastern Star in Pelham. Survivors include a son & daughter-in-law, William Jack & Ann Hurst, daughter, Judy Hurst, grandchildren; Al & Bonnie Hurst, Amy & Terry Henderson;
great grandchildren, Ashley & Casey Hurst, Dylan & Dallas Henderson; sisters, Follis Pippin, Lucille Slappey of Ochlocknee, Thelma Dollar of Thomasville and brother Leo Gainous of Ochlocknee.
