Lillian Florie Wood

Funeral services for Lillian Florie Brice Wood will be on Tuesday, June 18, at 11:00 AM at the Harmony Primitive Baptist Church in Barwick. Rev. Phillip Howell and Rev. J. P. Wood will officiate. Interment will be in the Harmony Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The daughter of Charlie and Effie Redding Brice, Mrs. Wood was born on January 10, 1912. On December 8, 1939, at the Barwick Methodist Church, Mrs.Wood married Emmett O. Wood, who preceded her in death. On September 27, 1936, Mrs. Wood joined the Harmony Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, JoAnn and Marvin Ermel of Nederland, Texas. She is also survived by grandchildren Timothy and Sheena Hall of St. Louis, Mo., Theresa and Jerry Teltschick of Houston, Tex., and Christina Hall Moschinski of Springs, Tex. Mrs. Wood is survived by great grandchildren Chrystal and Casey Harwood of Jacksonville, NC, Heather and Robert Taylor of San Antonio, Tex., Shane Hall, Lanie Hall, Ashleigh Lens and Claire Hall and 1 great great grandchild, Logan Taylor. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Mae Miller and Ruth Brice both of Barwick and a brother Ben Brice of Barwick. She was preceded in death by her grandson Tony Hall.
