Graveside services for Lillian O'Neal Hudson, 87 of Thomasville are 2:00 pm, Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Lee Waller will officiate. Mrs. Hudson passed away September 16 in Crestview, Fl. A lifelong resident of Thomasville, she was born in Coolidge July 11, 1923. She was the daughter of the late Pete Peter O'Neal and Molly Aycock O'Neal. She was the loving wife of Avon Shorty Edward Hudson who preceded her in death. Mrs. Hudson was retired from Flowers Industries after many years of service, was a charter member of Dawson Street Baptist Church and was a caring and loving person who loved her family and loved to spend time with her church and teach children. She was always a joy to be around and lit up the room when she entered. Mrs. Hudson has touched many lives in a powerful way. She has now been joined with her husband Shorty and other family loved ones in Heaven but will always remain in our hearts. Survivors include son Alan E. Hudson of Crestview, Fl; granddaughters, Krystal D Lopez and husband Sal of Lake Wells, Fl and Danielle S Hudson and fiancé Dustin Blakey of Crestview Fl; sisters, Kate Spooner and husband Ronald of Thomasville and Alice Adams and husband Connie Adams of Albany.
