Lois Borders

Funeral services for Lois S. Borders, affectionally known as Grandma by many, will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2003 at Dawson Street Methodist Church with the Rev. Bob Hall officiating. Mrs. Borders died on April 24, 2003 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 15, 1931 in Cleves,Ohio to the late Everett and Eleanor Stephens. She was preceded in death by her husband Andy Borders. Mrs. Borders was a member of Dawson Street Methodist Church, a Auxilliary volunteer at Archbold Memorial Hospital, and was a former member of the Pilot Club where she served as a treasurer. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Susan and Jim Miller of Thomasville, grandson and wife Wayne and Melissa Elsmore of Coco Beach, Fl, granddaughters Amy Elsmore of Coral Gables, Fl, Meagan Miller and Ivey Miller both of Thomasville, sister and brother-in-law Rose Ellen and Harold Klawitter of Newborn, N.C., brother and sister-in-law Don and Marilyn Stephens of New Symrna Beach, Fl.
