Services for Louise Schwall Carnahan, age 90, are at 2:00PM on Sunday, March 28, 2004 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Leigh Ann Raynor and the Rev. Bob Dixon will officiate and interment is in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Born September of 1913 in Colquitt Co., GA., she was the daughter of the late M. W. and Carrie Schwall. She was preceded in death by her husband, R. T. Carnahan, brothers, Leslie, Frank, Bennie, Lamar, M.W., Jr., and Earl Schwall, and sisters Lorene S. Upton and Lena S. Wright. Louise and R. T. Carnahan were married in June of 1935 and had been married for fifty-four years. Mrs. Carnahan was a faithful member in good standing of the First United Methodist Church in Thomasville, GA., since April of 1943. She was seamstress at Town and Country and Neel?s of Thomasville for many years prior to working out of her home. She is survived by her children, Jimmie T. Carnahan of Largo, Fl, Michael E. and Emily Ring Carnahan of Ellijay, GA, Robert E. Carnahan of Cairo, her grandchildren, Martha Hanan of Cumming, GA, Renee Maddox of Ochlocknee, GA, Brenda Elliott of Thomasville, GA, Robert T. Carnahan II of Clarksville, TN and Ian Carnahan of Thomasville, GA, five great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews and families that she loved dearly. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9PM on Saturday. Visitors may sign the online guest register at www.allenfh.com .
