Graveside services for Lula Bell Gentry Moore of Thomasville, GA will be held 12:30 pm Saturday, November 28 at Zion Hill Cemetery, Cartersville, GA with Rev. Gene Moore officiating. Lula passed away on November 24, 2020 at Southern Pines Senior Care Center. She was born on August 19, 1932, in Taylorsville, Ga to the late Roy B. Gentry and to the late Isabell Jenkins Gentry. She was married to Earl D. Moore, who survives, on January 20, 1951 in Smyrna, Georgia. She was formerly employed by the Cartersville School System. She was a member of the Cartersville Church of God and taught Sunday school for many years. Survivors include her children, Joan Ball (Mark) of Moultrie, and Kaye Campbell (Tom) of Cleveland, Tennessee; daughter-in-law, Debbie Moore of Alpharetta; her grandchildren, Chris Moore (Jennifer), Rebekah Ball, Jonathan Ball, Daniel Ball, Meghan Sullivan (Matt), and Rachel Cain (Travis); her great-grandchildren, Asa Ball, Noah Ball, Ellie Sullivan, and Link Sullivan; and her siblings, Clyde Gentry, Harold Gentry, Nellie Forsyth, Myrtle Cantrell, and Ellen Bennett. She is preceded in death by her son, Dean Moore; her brothers, Daniel Gentry, Dillard Gentry, Felton Gentry, and Richard Gentry; her sisters, Lucille Cole, Christine Maxwell and Margie Lochridge; great-grandson, Liam Sullivan.
