Funeral services for Lydia Louise Dinkins, 79, of Cairo will be 2:00PM, Friday, August 5, 2016 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ron McCaskill will officiate and interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Dinkins passed away on August 3, 2016 at her residence. Born February 24, 1937 in Cairo, she was the daughter of the late Gordy Leon and Mamie Whitfield Dollar. She was married to Charlie Dinkins, who preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cairo. Survivors include daughters Libby Shields of Acworth, Georgia and Melissa Ledford and husband Adam of Augusta; grandchildren Stacey Serrer, Sybil Shields, Jack, Isabella and Julianna Ledford; great grandchildren, Alexis Tinsley, Isabelle Wagner and Alyson Wagner. She was preceded in death by brothers Lynwood Dollar, Roger Dollar, Jimmy Dollar, and Ronnie Dollar. Memorial contributions may be made to the Second Chance Animal Rescue, P.O.
