Lynne Murphy Inman

Lynne Murphy Inman passed away on November 21, 2009 at Camellia Gardens Nursing Home in Thomasville, Georgia. She was born on October 26, 1921 in Springfield, Tennessee to Claude and Lee Benton Murphy both whom preceded her in death. She was married to the late Ben S. Inman, Jr. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. She was an avid reader and animal lover. She was recognized for her extensive knowledge of bird watching, particularly orioles. Survivors are sons, Mac Edwards, Nashville, TN, Ben S. Inman, III Martha of Tallahasse, Florida, David L. Inman of Thomasville, GA, and William M. Inman Carla also of Thomasville, GA. She is also survived by grandchildren; Megan Inman Saunders Danny, Ben Inman IVAmanda, Lawson Inman, Stacey Inman, Julie Inman and William Inman and great granddaughters Elizabeth and Sarah Saunders.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at 207 Friar Tuck Lane, Thomasville , Georgia. There will be a family graveside service.
