Madyson Thompson

Funeral services for Madyson Thompson, 17 of Pavo will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Thomasville. Rev. JT Thompson will officiate and interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are Toby Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Taylor Johnson, Doug Thompson, Weschler Edelen and Mike Thompson. Madyson passed away January 19, 2018 in Thomasville. Born June 30, 2000 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of Renny Thompson and Tami Snyder Thompson. She was an honor roll student at Thomasville Scholars Academy and Thomas University. She enjoyed softball, the outdoors, hunting, football, the beach and her family. She is survived by her father, Renny Thompson and wife Tammy of Pavo; mother, Tami Thompson of Boston; sister, Melinda Thompson; brothers, Hunter Smith, Toby Johnson, Tyler Johnson and wife Sarah and Taylor Johnson and wife Jerusha; maternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Charlie & Cindy Synder of Hilton Head, South Carolina; great-maternal grandmother, Lucille Hartman of Virginia Beach, Virginia; paternal grandmothers, Dotty Thompson and Paula Thompson, both of Thomasville; nieces and nephews, Bentley, Jace, Tanner and Kyler and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Linda Synder and Paternal grandfather, Ray Thompson. The family will receive friends 5-7pm, Tuesday at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
