Victoria Ransley-Scott Sissy sadly announces the passing of Malcolm Stevens on March 8, 2004, in his native England. He was a long-time resident of Thomasville and worked many years for Thomasville 911 services. His inner strength and humor will be greatly missed by his many friends.
