Services for Margaret Grantham Small, 92, of Thomasville will be held at Lake View Cemetery in Lake View, South Carolina on Thursday, October 11, 2012. Rev. Steve Miller will officiate the service. Ms. Small passed away October 7, 2012 at Plantation Manor. Born July 27, 1920 in Lake View, South Carolina. Ms. Small was married to the late Tommy Small. She was the daughter of the late Bishop Grantham and Pope Lewis. She was a retired RN from Higgins General Hospital in Breman, GA. Survivors include daughter Patty and Dargin Waters of Pavo, Georgia; son Andy and Kim Small of Oveido, Florida. Grandchildren include, Robert and Shannan Small Carver of Winter Springs, Florida, Ryan and Lindsay Small Corbett of Auburndale, Florida, Christie Sumner of Thomasville, Georgia, Blake Sumner of Thomasville, Georgia; great-grandchildren, Benjamin Carver of Winter Springs, Florida, Cori Carver of Winter Springs, Florida, Owen Corbett of Auburndale, Florida. She was preceded in death by brothers, Bobby Grantham of Georgetown, SC, Gary Grantham of Beaufort, SC, and sister Evelyn Proctor of Mullin, SC, and Carolyn Utley of Lake View, SC. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 9, 2012, from 5pm to 7pm at Allen and Allen Funeral Home.
