Services for Marie Tinsley of Griffin, GA, formerly of Thomasville, GA, are at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church. The Rev. Gene Brock will officiate and interment will be in Little Ochlocknee Cemetery. Mrs. Tinsley died June 29, 2013 in Griffin, GA. She was born May 12, 1923 and was married to Truman L. Tinsley, Jr. who preceded her in death. Mrs. Tinsley was a homemaker. Survivors include sons, Truman, L. Tinsley, III of Griffin, GA, Wendell Chastain of Gainesville, FL, daughter, Clarice Crews of Fayetteville, GA, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, brother, Hollis Carter of Thomasville and sisters, Ola Ledbetter of Jonesboro, GA and Jane Royals of Hampton, GA.
