Going, Marion Levain "Lee," 77, of Fisherville, KY, died Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at his home. He was a retired minister of First Baptist Church of Eastwood KY, and had served as area director of missions and ministries for Long Run Baptist Association, chaplain of the Middletown Fire Department and was a 32nd Degree Mason. Lee was the loving husband of 39 years to his wife Sarah Distelhurst Going, formerly of Thomasville; a wonderful father to John Emily Compton and Michael Mary Ellen and to his grandchildren, Hermione Grace, Sarah Catherine, Genevieve Riley and Oliver Levain Going. A brother, William Rufus Going of Atlanta and his mother-in-law, Mrs. John Bertie Distelhurst of Thomasville and sister-in-law, Julia Distelhurst, of Atlanta, also survive him. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Parkland Hills Baptist Church, 9614 Taylorsville Road in Fisherville, KY, with interment in Thomasville, GA on May 13th at Laurel Hill Cemetery at 4 pm.
