Mark Steven Carr

A visitation for Mark Steven Carr, 63, of Cairo, will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Allen and Allen Funeral Home from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Mark passed away on October 14, 2023, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 2, 1960, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to Jack and Wanda Carr. Mark loved to help others and repair things for family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Janice Carr of Cairo; mother Wanda Carr of Donalsonville; children Chad Carr of Jonesboro, Tennessee, and Carey Carr of Knoxville, Tennessee; stepdaughter Candace Kelley of Dothan, Alabama; grandchildren Camden Carr, Caiden Carr, Avery Carr, Brianna Kelley, and Evan Kelley; and brother Jack Edward Carr of Tennessee.
