Funeral Service for Mark Owens will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 23, 2022, at Allen & Allen Celebration of Life Chapel with visitation prior to the service from 10:00-11:00AM. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mark Austin Owens, 59, passed away in Winston Salem, NC on September 17, 2022. Born on February 4, 1963 in Thomasville, he was the son of the late Warren Austin Owens and Irene S. Owens. Survivors include his son Travis Owens, sister Sheree O. Dickenson and husband Victor Jr.; girlfriend Martha Robinson; nephew Darren Dickenson; niece Brittni D. Wade; former wife Sun Owens; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was considered Papa Mark to Allyssa, Silas, Axle, and Miss T.
