Born on July 26, 1956, in Dover, NJ, Mark was the cherished son of Paul and Ann Schindler. Growing up on a picturesque lake in New Jersey, Mark developed a deep affinity for nature and harbored dreams of residing by the water once again. After completing his education, Mark proudly earned an Associate's Degree and embarked on a successful career as a self-employed Registered Nurse in the medical industry. He also proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Mark's passion for life extended beyond his professional endeavors, as he found immense joy in spending time with his grandsons. Their laughter and presence illuminated his existence, and he cherished every moment shared with them. Mark also possessed a profound love for dogs, particularly his own faithful companions, who brought him endless companionship and delight.
A testament to Mark's strength and resilience, he celebrated 18 years of sobriety, a remarkable achievement that impacted his life and those around him. His inspiring journey served as a beacon of hope for others navigating similar paths.
Mark is survived by his children, Kyle Schindler and AJ White; brothers, Todd Schindler (Sharon) of Stateline, NV, and Gregg Schindler (Lisa) of Tampa, as well as his sisters, Traci Poucher (Marty) of Thomasville and Cathy DeFrancesco of Miami. Additionally, Mark is survived by his adored grandsons, Delon White, Waylan Brown, and Rylan and Jagger Schindler.
In honor of Mark, funeral services will be held this Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 11am. Friends, relatives, and acquaintances are invited to gather at the Allen and Allen Funeral Home Celebration of Life Chapel where we will come together to pay our final respects and bid farewell.
