Martha Elizabeth Libby Smith Taylor

Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Libby Smith Taylor will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday June 25, 2013 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Dr. Henry Gainey officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn City Cemetery in Adel, Ga. at 4:30PM. Active pallbearers will be Eddie Demott, Corporal J.D. Demott, Adam Demott, Marty Adams, Matt Smith, and Cam Green. Mrs. Taylor died Sunday June 23, 2013 at Plantation Manor. Born on November 28, 1938 in Adel, Ga. she was the daughter of the late James Vernon and Lucy McNatt Smith. Mrs. Taylor was a retired teacher from Thomasville High School and was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law Lori Taylor Demott and husband Eddie, Lisa Taylor Adams and husband Marty all of Thomasville, GA; grandchildren Sarah Demott, Corporal J.D. Demott, Adam Demott, Madison Smith; brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Pat Smith of Adel, GA; niece Kim Greene and her husband Cam of Atlantic Beach, FL; nephew Matt Smith and his wife Maria of Valdosta, Ga. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Plantation Manor 220 Park Ave. Thomasville, GA 31792 With Libby Taylor Memorial Fund on the memo line.
