Martha Celisa Lee

Martha Celisa Lee, age 65, of Thomasville, GA, passed away on May 26, 2025. Born on February 28, 1960, in Thomasville, Martha was a devoted homemaker and a loving mother.

Martha had a passion for gardening, possessing an extraordinary ability to grow anything she set her mind to. Her garden was a testament to her nurturing spirit and love for nature. Above all, Martha's greatest joy came from spending time with her beloved grandchildren, who were a constant source of happiness in her life.

A woman of deep faith, Martha devoted her life to the Lord and attended New Shiloh Baptist Church. Her generous spirit touched the lives of many, making her a beloved figure in her community.

She is survived by her mother, Linda Anderson of Thomasville; children, Trent Lawler (Stephanie) of Thomasville and Devin Lawler (Kimberly) of Denver, CO; grandchildren Chelsey Lawler, Tristin Lawler, Braelynne Lawler, and Karson Lawler; siblings Keith Smith, Kenny Smith (Kim), Robbie Anderson (Barbara), Dawn Anderson Albritton (Raymond), and Clint Anderson (Susie) followed by numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her sister-in-law Becky Smith, father Roy Smith, and stepfather Roger Wayne Anderson.

A service will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Allen & Allen Celebration of Life Chapel with Reverend Terry Hurst officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service.
