Martha Parker May

Graveside services for Martha Parker Mays May, 87 of Thomasville, will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 17, 2020 at Laurel Hill Cemetery on 11th St. with Rev. Tim Filston officiating. Mrs. May passed away January 15, 2020 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born December 23, 1932 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Warren Samuel Mays and Martha Parker Mays. She was married to Joseph Elliott May who survives. Mrs. May was born and raised in Thomasville and served as a volunteer at Archbold Memorial Hospital for 23 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She is also survived by daughter, Rebecca May Nicholson (Nick) of Punta Gorda, Florida; grandchildren, Ashleigh Reyes, Katie Jones, Rusty Harrison, John David Harrison and Christen May; great grandchildren, Chasten Harrison, Ella Harrison and A.J. Reyes. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Elliott May, Jr; daughter Mary Harrison; and brothers Warren Mays, Jr and Rhydon Mays.
