Mary Chastain Aldridge

Graveside services for Mary Chastain Aldridge, 68 of Pelham will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at little Ochlocknee Cemetery. Reverend Dennis Norman will officiate. Ms. Aldridge passed away August 14, 2017 at Archbold Hospital. Born September 23, 1948 in Thomas County, she was the daughter of the late Rayburn Chastain and Eunice Johnson Chastain. She was married to David Franklin Aldridge, who preceded her in death. She worked in customer service with Harvey’s Grocery and loved to garden, fish and cook. She is survived by her sons, David Franklin Aldridge, Jr and Randy Douglas Aldridge and wife Sharon, all of Ochlocknee; sisters, Trudy Calhoun of Valdosta and Deloris Flanigan of Ellijay; brother, Joey Chastain of Thomasville and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by son, Jeffrey Lavon Aldridge and brother, Buddy Chastain.
